 Welcome to Review Community Theatre our brand new website for promoting and reviewing events in the New Zealand Community Theatre world.

The success of this new site is in the hands of all supporters of theatre in NZ. Register as a user and take advantage of this new avenue to promote your productions!

There are several features on this site that are accessible from along the very top of each page that you can use for promoting theatre events:

• The Calendar. This is where you can schedule a wide variety of events that will then appear in the right hand column of this site
• The "Contribute" page. This is where you can submit a contribution that will appear in the "Topics", and possibly also feature at the top of the home page
• The Directory. This is where all contributed stories past and present that have been classified by Topic or have been archived can be found organised by month contributed. For selected contributions all people - both the general public and registered site users - will be able to "rate" those contributions (1-5 stars) to indicate how useful or appreciated they were, or to contribute a review about the theatre event promoted in that story
• And the Links page. This has a growing list of links to all sorts of theatre and theatre-related sites. If your theatre's site is not listed here please feel free to submit it.

All aspects of the site are subject to moderation in order to keep the site happy and focused on its mission, which is:

 to give the general public of New Zealand a first-stop portal for accessing all information about theatres and theatre events around New Zealand, and to provide an easy means for reviews about events to be published.

As such there may be a delay between when you contribute something and when it appears on the site.
